A library is a treasure of knowledge. At our college, the Library plays a vital role in the collection, development and broadcasting of scientific and technical information to meet the present and future academic and research needs of all users. It includes a wide range of text books and reference books for different branches of Pharmacy and allied subjects. It also provides extensive access to National and International Scientific Research Journals and periodicals.
A well equipped Institutional Library houses more than 9808 books (2522 titles) relevant to teaching, learning, training and research needs of the Institute. It also subscribes more than 21 printed International and National Journals. Hence, students and faculty members themselves updated with the latest trends in the Pharmacy. Apart from this, the institute library possesses over 85 educational CDs for UG and PG curriculum.
Infrastructure of library had been specially designed in such a way that increases reading efficiency & interest of students. User friendly library software called "SARAL-LIB" has been adopted at the Library to make it fully automated. Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is also available on the Internet for inquiring about the books. The library is subscribed to National Digital library New Delhi.

The Vision of the Library to support the Institution and its stakeholder by providing seamless access to the numerous spectrum of information resources such as digital, online databases, print and non- print materials relevant to the curricular, informational and innovative research needs of the academic community.

The mission is to provide students with the information they need to achieve their highest academic potential and help them acquire academic skills necessary for lifelong learning. To support faculty & staff members and to provide interactive information to exchange among library/ educational community.

The library is kept open from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on all working days
"Books are for use and not Preservation" With this demand our Library functions. Hence the Open Access allowed.
Issuing of books to students is through Identify Cards.
Photocopying facility is available on the library. It provides an invaluable service to the student.
A convenient spacious reading area with 150 seating capacity is available within the library
Separate sections for text books, reference books, Journals, Periodicals, Back volumes, Project reports with Internet access available

The major functions of the Library Committee:
To Propose list of books to be purchased as per requirements submitted by students and teaching faculty.
To maintain all records related to library as per all regulatory agencies.
To solve problems of students related to issue of books, Library timings, and availability of books and like if any.

LIBRARY RULES & REGULATIONS:
- The Library will remain open for reference and study from Monday to 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. except holidays,4 th Saturday and Sundays.
- Readers are requested to observe strict silence in the library to avoid causing inconvenience in any manner to other readers.
- Students should deposit their bags in the hooks provided outside the reading hall.
- They should bring only their library cards at the circulation counter.
- Library is not meant for chatting.
- Only those who want to issue/return books or refer the books will be allowed in the library.
- No group discussion will be allowed. Library chairs should not be shifted from one place to another.
- Books or Journals should not be used as pads when taking down notes or left open unattended to and should be handled carefully so as to avoid damage.
- Any accidental damage should be immediately reported to the library staff.
- Every student making use of the library must have an Identity Card which he/she must produce if demanded.
- Students violating any rules will have to face penalty by way of paying fine etc.
- Cell Phones are strictly prohibited in the library and in the college campus.
- Eating and sleeping inside the library are strictly prohibited.
